I’m a licensed and registered practitioner with a private practice at Firm Touch NYC. My work has taken me from The Stranger and House of Yes to adult play parties, private events and pop-ups across New York City, as well as work with Equinox and NFL athletes.

SOMA Sanctuary grew out of that range of environments and the recognition that intense social experiences have a physical dimension that is often overlooked. Its central practice, Somatic Return, uses focused therapeutic touch to interrupt accumulated physical and sensory tension and facilitate reintegration into the surrounding environment.

The premise is deliberately simple: rather than asking someone to leave an experience in order to regulate, Somatic Return creates a brief point of recalibration within it. The work is less about retreat than return — restoring physical awareness, reducing excess tension, and allowing someone to re-enter the experience with a clearer sense of themselves within it.

Release. Restore. Return.
